About Dr. Rehan Ali
Dr. Rehan Ali is a fellowship trained Interventional Pain Management Specialist. He is double board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology in Interventional Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology. After completing his residency at New York Medical College, Dr. Ali proceeded to complete a one year accredited fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine at the prestigious Mount Sinai Hospital in Manhattan, NY. Following graduation, Dr. Ali served at Englewood Hospital in the Department of Anesthesiology & Pain Medicine.
Dr. Ali uses minimally invasive solutions to diagnose and treat acute and chronic pain. He is highly skilled in various interventional pain procedures as well as non-interventional methods to treat your pain. He treats all types of pain. Dr. Ali takes special interest in neck pain, low back pain, knee pain, hip pain, and shoulder pain. Furthermore, Dr. Ali is an expert in leg pain, venous disease, and treatment of varicose veins.

Had a very last minute emergency Zoom appointment with Dr. Ali. He was thorough, patient, and was able to instruct and examine me virtually without issue. He prescribed medication that helped tremendously and I'm following up with him in person soon. Highly recommended.

I am so happy I found Dr. Ali via Zocdoc! He was extremely professional, thorough and took the time needed to address my wrist pain. He ordered further tests to better understand the cause of my issue and gave me some other suggestions to manage my discomfort. He was on top helping to get my MRI test ordered and submitted an Rx to my pharmacy while in the room with me- very efficient! I felt comfortable with him right away and felt that he was working hard to help me resolve my problem. The office staff was friendly and helpful. They contacted me prior to my appointment to fill out new patient paperwork, which I appreciated doing at home rather than in waiting room. I would recommend this doctor and practice.

The Dr. was good. He seemed to know his stuff. He took the usual route and ordered the proper tests. Hope the treatment helps. The office staff made me fill out paperwork even though I did it online which was very frustrating. The documents they require you to sign were too legalistic and gave way too much authority over how my insurance was handled so I said no. I need to redline them so I can’t sign. They didn’t seem to think it was an issue.

Dr. Ali and his office staff are exceptional! Dr. Ali was well-versed on my medical history, took the time to speak with another dr before my appointment who was also working on my case, and proposed a myriad of solutions to try and manage my pain. He listened to my concerns and took them into account when creating a path forward. Dr. Ali is kind and competent and I feel safe under his care. He is a rarity in the medical field these days.

Dr Ali was amazing! He sat in the room talking to me about my condition for almost 40 minutes! I work for & have seen many doctors in the past & NOONE has ever actually taken the time with me like Dr Ali did! We discussed my whole history then he laid out a plan for my treatment ! I came in as an emergency Dr Ali spent time to listen to my symptoms and pain level. He came up with a plan to start to help with the pain . I felt better within the first 24 hours I actually was able too sleep thru the night . The staff was wonderful as well !

Dr. Ali's office was comfortable and clean. He gave me time to explain my condition and reviewed my MRI with him, showing me where my source of pain was. He has a plan and is going to be getting me an epidural to treat my pain. I am looking forward to coming back after the shot.
