Your brain is no different than your heart, lungs, or any other organ in the body. When things are off-balance in the brain, it overflows into all areas of life. I hold a Master’s in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Walden University, and my goal is to work together as a team to help you find that balance and reach your mental health goals. Your well-being is my priority, and I would love to take this mental health journey together!
What should a new client know about working with you?
Most importantly all of my clients should know that we will be working together and in conjunction with one another.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I believe in taking the time to really get to know my patients on a deeper level and find out who they are beneath the surface. This helps to uncover some of the root issues that may be causing some of the symptoms they're experiencing. Once we have a better understanding of the WHY, we can work together to come up with a plan for HOW I can best help them in their mental health journey.

We accept Medicaid, Medicare, United Healthcare (UHC), Cigna, and Triwest. If you have no insurance, we offer a flat rate of $150 per session after your initial session which is a one time fee of $300.

I’ve been seeing Renae now for about a year, but this was my first time seeing her at her new location. As always, Renae is professional, very patient, and timely…and Mel was so so helpful and welcoming! The new office space is adorable and cozy, and best of all doesn’t feel like one of those typical cold, sterile offices. I’ll definitely be going back!
