I had 2 appointments with Dr. Flaks for hives. She took 2 biopsies and sent them to PennMed instead of LabCorp which my insurance requires. Now I am being billed an exorbitant amount by Penn Med for tests that would have cost me nothing if they had been sent to LabCorp. I have repeatedly emailed the office and spoken to them because Penn Med told me that the practitioner would have to call and discuss the matter with them but that has not happened. This has been going on for more than 3 months.

Dr. Flaks is kind and wonderful. She is the only Dr. I would recommend for your dermatology needs. Dr. Flaks is easy to get all appointment with and no wait time. Everyone in the office is so nice. There's always services with a smile. :)

I was very pleased with my daughter Gianna's treatment for rash that she had. We had been trying to get it treated by her ped Dr. with no avail. Renata was very knowledgeable and patient as Gianna is only 2 year old. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been seeing Dr. Flaks for all my dermatology needs for years. I like the fact that you always see the same provider there. My whole family is now pts. We can always get an appt in a respectible time and there is no wait.

I've been to other dermatology offices and have finally found a good treatment from the moment i walk in is superior to any other office visited. The whole staff is friendly and Renata's bed side matters are beyond expectations. She went above and beyond. She really cares for her pts.
