this was my first time to see him and i absolutely loved him. he was super calm and confident, had a smile and a great attitude while he was with me. he was friendly but professional and seemed very knowledgeable. he was willing to answer my questions while at the same time not making me feel rushed. the place was ultra clean and neat and the entire staff was awesome. i had to ask the lady behind the counter like a hundred questions and she just smiled and laughed because, well i was laughing because i kept leaving and coming back inside. but my point is rather than getting annoyed, she laughed along with me. it was the most enjoyable doctor's visit i think I've ever had. i already made an appointment to see him again to get a physical because its been a while, and am seriously considering making him my doctor to see for my regular check ups. thanks Doc. good job !!
whoops, almost forgot they have a whole pharmacy right there within 5 steps of his practice. how convenient is that !!

It was my 3rd visit and on previous visits the wait wasn't that long, bu t on last one we had to wait about 1 hour. Other than that, I can recommend the doctor and the clinic, which also is very helpful since my wife doesn't speak english.

This doctor's billing office is a scam. I went in for an annual physical and they charged my insurance and me twice for one visit. The doctor is not considered about patient health. Their office is withholding my labs in order to bill my insurance and me more money. My primary doctor was booked so I had to go to this doctor. I definitely will not be coming back to this doctor's office ever again. The doctor and his employee should worry about patients and not over charging the patient and withholding patient information.

Terrible experience-WAITED AN HOUR and HALF. My appointment was scheduled at 5pm and I arrived promptly. The nurse didn’t see me until 6:15pm. I waited for 1 hour and 15min and they finally invited me in and weighed me and typed in some of my info. I was moved to an exam room then, at there I was l left alone for another 30minutes. I thought they forgot me already. What is ironic is that the doctor who ended up seeing me is not even the doctor I booked the appointment with. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Simple office. Good staff. Got us right in and we were seen promptly. My only complaint is that I filled out the paperwork online so I wouldn't have to do it in the office, but they gave it to me to do anyway.

I love Dr. Rene Lopez. He was the first pediatrician that saw my daughter once she was released from the hospital after birth. He is very patient, kind, and has great bedside manners. Everyone in the office was kind and helpful. Unfortunately he can no longer see my daughter as to they do not accept our insurance. His office is over 20 miles from my house but it was well worth the drive. Office outside is not 5 Star, but his service and knowledge are. I never had to wait more than 20 minutes even with a walk in. Love this guy!

Fantastic. not a single complaint. We sat down, my son watched a little TV and the wait was less than a single episode of Spongebob. Nurse kindly took measurement and escorted us to our room, making sure we were comfortable before notifying the doctor we were ready. Doc was GREAT. Made our 8 month old laugh the entire time. Then shots came. One by mouth, then 4 others in 2 vaccine cocktail shots. Nurse directed son's attention by silliness and did the duty.
Great awesome! No crying, no fuss. Clean establishment. Easy in and out. Online information forms. Same day appointments if available.
