I cannot recommend Geode Health for psychiatric services. I specifically interacted with Renea Mayville. She arrived ten minutes late to our appointment. She then did not communicate her expectations clearly and did not disclose what information she needed to obtain a diagnosis and medication. She told me instead of prescribing me the same day, she would need all of my medical records from my previous doctor AND two additional questionnaires completed. I just wanted to receive the same medication I’ve been taking for two years. I would have been happy to complete any of this information prior to the appointment to ensure a same day prescription. Because of our first interaction, I will be seeking a different doctor.
