What should a new client know about working with you?

New clients should know that I provide compassionate, thorough, and individualized care in a supportive telehealth environment. I take time to understand the whole person—not only symptoms, but also medical history, emotional well-being, relationships, lifestyle, nutrition, stressors, trauma, and personal treatment goals. My approach combines evidence-based psychiatric care with a holistic understanding of the connection between the mind and body. Services may include comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, substance-use treatment, therapy referrals, and ongoing monitoring. Treatment decisions are made collaboratively, and medications are prescribed carefully, starting conservatively when appropriate and adjusting based on your response. I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma and PTSD, OCD, insomnia, grief, substance use, and other behavioral-health conditions. I value honest communication, active participation, and consistency with appointments and treatment recommendations. Because the practice is fully virtual, clients must be comfortable completing forms electronically and attending appointments by secure phone or video. faith-based support may be incorporated when requested, while every client’s individual beliefs, values, background, and preferences are respected. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and supported while developing a practical treatment plan that promotes stability, healing, recovery, and long-term wellness.
