This clinic was an answer to prayer. GREAT experience. I dont think I was ever listened to and communicated to like this. I have been looking for a primary provider. She listened and addressed all my needs. I’m so grateful. I went for an annual check up and all my concerns were addressed. All the staff from the front desk, to check out , to nurse , to x-ray, were friendly. The office was so clean as well and had an uplifting thing about it. I live 40 minutes away from the clinic but it was so worth the drive!

First time there. Clean office and short wait.
They took my blood pressure over two shirts and a sweatshirt which gave them a 165 over 96 score. I was rushed and freaked out when I heard the results. After three days of readings with no clothing under the cuff my readings on OMRON were averaging 123 over 84. Dramatically different and since the basic practice of taking your BP PROPERLY were not followed, I will not go here again. Topped with the fact that I was asked questions like allergies and medications that I take (which I filled out on my forms 10 days in advance) and apparently were not read, it leads me to believe that this is anything but a thorough visit. Not happy.

Reo Kim, NP was absolutely caring provider. I had few physicians in the past but Reo was the best listener. She heard my concern carefully and aware of my needs. Vey kind and also professional.
