“My new PCP was excellent and so friendly. Really great listener and communicator and very knowledgeable I felt like she really listened to my concerns and addressed everything. The front desk receptionist’s were a bit dismissive/ rude and seemed like they were in a rush. For example, I had asked for some help with the MyChart system which still was unresolved after the link they had sent didn’t work twice. They then picked up the phone to speak with someone else, after telling me to have a “good day” So I left. But the provider and nurse care was excellent! ”
