I’m also well-versed in clinical and research evidence about emotional well-being, lifestyle, medical history, relationships, and daily stressors rather than just symptoms. I want to see the big picture so we can make a treatment plan that seems practical, personalized, and sustainable. When medication is a component of treatment, I emphasize thoughtful prescribing, education, and shared decision-making. I want you to feel informed and understand both the benefits and the reasoning behind each recommendation. And I also like the ability to integrate tangible coping skills, therapy-informed conversations, and wellness practices that lead to long-term stability and resilience. My job is to help facilitate your own process of insight, confidence, and tools to take action for change that is meaningful and lasting. Using a secure HIPAA-compliant platform, I offer telehealth visits for individuals throughout North Carolina and Florida.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
