My academic foundation began at Walden University, where I obtained my Master’s degree in Psychiatry. However, my professional journey is defined by a deep-seated commitment to both the clinical and administrative sides of healthcare, ensuring that every patient receives holistic support.
One of the defining chapters of my career has been my decade-long tenure at Yale University. Serving as a clinical administrator for over ten years, I gained invaluable experience supporting patients and caregivers as they navigated the complexities of neurological conditions. My time at Yale allowed me to bridge the gap between clinical care and community resources, providing effective counseling to families dealing with life-altering diagnoses. This experience instilled in me a profound understanding of how neurological health and mental health intersect, and it remains a cornerstone of my practice today.
When I am not in the clinic or meeting with clients online, I prioritize my own well-being by spending quality time with my family. I am an avid animal lover and enjoy taking long walks with my dog, Max. I also find great peace and expression in music and have played the piano for many years.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
