About Rhonda Cartagena

Rhonda Cartagena, FNP-C, received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Clayton State University in Morrow, GA, in 2005. She then completed her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Brenau University in Gainesville, GA, in 2011. Rhonda felt driven to healthcare at a young age after witnessing many of her friends and family members experience health disparities—hoping one day to be a changing force for those in need of proper health care. She is most passionate about building relationships with her patients and encouraging them to be active participants in their healthcare decision-making. Rhonda loves interacting with her patients, and getting to know them on a human level allows her to provide the best quality care. She strives to create a positive experience for each patient and fosters a comfortable environment where they can share any medical concerns. Best doctor appointment ever! From the friendly front desk staff to the wonderful nurses that see you before the doctor. They were and extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I was able to get through my actual appointment in about 20 minutes. I even got a flu shot while there!
