With personal and professional experience caring for those dealing with anxiety, depression, addiction, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and/or dementia, I offer a wide range in my therapeutic services. An evaluation of your nutritional, relational, social, and spiritual practices support a treatment plan of medication, psychotherapy, and informal coaching.

Dr. Rastelli is a different breed of online providers. I have seen other online providers, which I've liked, who saw me for 10 minutes, gave me my refill, and sent me on my way. This was not my experience with Dr. Rastelli. She is very thorough and passionate about what she does. If you're looking for an actual provider who looks for real solutions and fixes with a holistic approach, she is for you. While I was looking for the latter, I didn't mind the thoroughness and it felt kinda of good to know she has my health in mind and her expertise and passion is there if I need it.

She was incredibly helpful and patient with my Insurance issues initially. So few Psychiatric NP/MD's try to actually empathize with patients. Not only does she try, she truly gets it. The most attentive professional I've seen in over 20 years. She's so personable as well. Where has she been all my life?????
