What should a new client know about working with you?

Brightside Health is a fully online mental health practice providing life-changing care for anxiety, depression, and related conditions through personalized Psychiatry and Therapy services available to all 50 states. What is your typical process for working with clients?

After you request your appointment, you will be sent an invite link for Brightside Health. You will need to enter your insurance and payment information to confirm your appointment.During your initial consultation we will craft a treatment plan personalized to your needs, and schedule follow-up appointments as needed. You will also be able message me directly at anytime via the messaging section of your Brightside Health portal - a tool where will also track your progress, access resources, and see your treatment plan details.*Please note: If you are looking for ADHD care, I do not prescribe controlled medications like Adderall or Ritalin. However, we can support you with therapy and other medications commonly used in ADHD treatment, such as Strattera and Intuniv.*

Don't schedule an appt on Sunday, if you have an issue, the front office will not be able to connect you to your provider because its closed.

I had no experience because nobody called. I've been getting the runaround for 2 weeks I was clear what I needed and I was looking forward to this provider being that they were supposed to be this great provider and could help instead I got no phone call no help no meds and when I went to my email suddenly I had to fill out the stuff all over again I had an appt at 7:15 then suddenly there's one at 9:15 and then nothing I don't no much about zodoc but I do know this I think that there should be disclosure of what company these doctors work for and what they will and won't do not everybody is an addict and not everybody is an alcoholic or a criminal and not everybody is drug seeking but there are patients on medications that have been on them for a long period that cannot be stopped at once and when a patient needs help and zodiac is advertising how they'll help people with mental health issues they don't there's a problem all I can say is I'm extremely disappointed in this experience
