About Rian Rosen
Rian Rosen, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in ear, nose, and throat (ENT) care and facial aesthetics. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with honors from the University of Michigan before completing her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Rutgers University.
Rian has spent her career in ENT medicine, training extensively alongside leading otolaryngologists and caring for patients with a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions. Her practice includes the evaluation and management of sinus disease, allergies, hearing concerns, voice and throat disorders, as well as in-office ENT procedures.
In addition to her work in ENT, Rian has advanced training in facial aesthetics and provides injectable and skin rejuvenation treatments. Her approach focuses on enhancing each patient’s natural features while creating balanced, individualized results.
Rian is an active member of the Society of Physician Assistants in Otorhinolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery, the American Academy of Physician Assistants, and the New York State Society of Physician Assistants.
With a background in psychology, Rian believes in taking a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to care. She values building lasting relationships with her patients and strives to make every visit comfortable, approachable, and personalized, often using her sense of humor to help put patients at ease.

The physician was kind during the visit, but communication at the end of the appointment felt fragmented. I had basic questions regarding medication duration and allergy-related concerns, but had difficulty receiving clear answers before leaving. The front desk interaction also felt dismissive, which made the overall experience less reassuring as a patient.

My experience with PA Rían Rosen was 100% positive. She took her time to explain issues with congestion in my ear, cleaned my ears out, and even administered a hearing test. She was warm and extremely knowledgeable. I am so glad to have been treated by her.
