About Dr. Richard Brett Payne
Dr. Payne grew up in a small town west of Fort Worth, called Weatherford, TX. He graduated from Weatherford High School with honors in 1996. He explored his career options while completing his basics, and later returned to his passion, the healthcare industry. In 2001, he completed his pre-med program, and began studies at Parker University, in Dallas, TX.
At Parker University, Dr. Payne fulfilled 3 years of internship, and was honored by the Dean's List. He received his Doctorate of Chiropractic in April of 2004, at which time his fellow students honored him for his academic contributions to the class. Dr. Payne went on to receive his board certification at the state level after taking and passing all 5 National Board Exams.
Dr. Payne gained much needed experience after graduation. He practiced in Euless as an associate for 2 ½ years before beginning his first practice. At Innovate Health, Dr. Payne strives to offer the best care possible to his patients. He has received his Certification in Chiropractic Clinical Neurology from Parker College of Chiropractic on 2007. He and his staff attend training, continuing education courses and conferences, which assures his patients of the most up-to-date care, techniques, and technology. Dr. Payne is also passionate about Functional Medicine.
At home, Dr. Payne spends most of his time with his wife and sons. He enjoys camping, woodworking, financial coaching, 5K runs in the metroplex to help local organizations, and indoor soccer games with his son. Most importantly, Dr. Payne believes that his relationship with God is the most fulfilling part of his life. He and his family attend church in Keller and are actively involved there.

I have had many chiropractors, but Dr Payne is definitely the best I've seen so far. He is clear about what he's explaining and does it at a level he knows you'll understand. He's lighthearted and fun to have a care provider. And while I was waiting to be taken back for my first appt, 3 other guests of his gave him accolades. They said they refuse to see any other chiropractor, and now I feel the same.
