About Dr. Richard Leichter
Dr. Leichter, a graduate of the New York College of Podiatric Medicine with a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree, was one of the founding partners of Riverview Foot and Ankle in 1997. He has actively served his local Red Bank and Monmouth County communities by conducting diabetic lecture series and sports medicine programs at local hospitals and health clubs. In his spare time, he enjoys restoring old cars, comedy and improv writing, and performing at local stand-up and improv venues. He treats his patients like family and strives to provide state-of-the-art, compassionate, and timely care to all of his patients-young, old, and everyone in between.

I highly recommend Dr. Leichter! I have been in foot pain for 4 years but he was able to quickly diagnose me and explained everything very thoroughly so I understood why I have the pain and how we can mitigate it. I now feel well informed about my issues and confident I will now be able to mitigate the pain and prevent further damage.
