About Dr. Richard Lesser
A New England native, Dr. Manchanda grew up in Natick, Massachusetts. She received her Bachelors of Science in Biology and minor in Chemistry at Brandeis University in Waltham, MA and graduated Magna cum laude. She then went on to work as a research assistant and lab manager with Harvard affiliated Joslin Diabetes Center under the guidance of Dr. Serwold. She was selected into Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine and awarded an Admissions Scholarship.
Vani is a skilled podiatrist who specializes in all aspects of podiatric medicine and foot and ankle surgery, with an interest in diabetic limb salvage and wound care. She completed her intern year in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery at LECOM Millcreek Communtiy Hospital in Erie, PA and then finished her training at Department of Veterans Affairs New York Harbor Healthcare.
In her free time, Vani enjoys dancing to Indian music, photography and mentoring students.

Dr Lesser was my kind of doctor. Friendly and honest. I have a bad experience in the office, they didn’t accept my insurance saying that my birthday didn’t match my name on their computer, I end up. calling the insure company right there and they give me a number for them to call, but the staff refused to call and charged me. Not sure if I want to return and pay for whoever made that mistake.

My husband and I were very very pleased with Dr. Lesser. He portrayed such concern for what I was in there for in addition to all my other medical problems that I'm currently going through. He took his time with me and explained everything in detail offering various options in regard to my toe problem.
Dr. Lesser's staff was courteous and lovely to us and we would highly recommend this podiatrist and his office staff any day!
