“The physician was great. However, the main reason I went was to get a PFT. Found out on arrival that my insurance won’t cover it in their office- it just covers the doctor office visit. It was main reason for going. They could have informed me that their office does not accept my insurance for procedures when they called to verify my insurance.”

The staff was friendly and professional. My mom speaks Spanish and a few of the staff spoke to her in Spanish and made her feel very comfortable. Dr. May took his time and answered all of our questions. We had an amazing experience.

The wait was minimal. Once in the exam room, my husband who has dementia was seen almost immediately by the nurse and shortly after by the doctor. Dr. May listened carefully to our questions, reviewed information we had been keeping on my husband's condition, and confirmed next steps going forward. He and his staff were very helpful in getting prescriptions for physical therapy and for additional rental equipment to aid in the care of my husband. The person taking blood for testing was very kind and careful; and a special thanks to the x-ray technician who very patiently helped get x-rays of my husband's chest while he was in his wheelchair.
I was concerned about this visit since it was the first time that my husband was not ambulatory; but the entire experience was positive.

Love Dr. May! Very cool yet professional guy. I have extremely bad seasonal allergies that result to asthma. After running a few test he determined it was just asthma and prescribed me with the best inhaler ever. I was pleased that he had the right equipment in-office to run 2 tests on me that day so i didn't have to go somewhere else or come back another day. I even recommended my sister who is suffering from the same issues this allergy season. (He prefers not taking apts through ZocDoc so i would call to make an apt.)
