Dr. Mueller gave me a first cardiac evaluation on 11-19-2018. His education, professional training, medical knowledgeand intelligence impressed me. His patience, candor and bedside manner are remarkable. He is an outstanding physician with a wonderful, supportive technical and office staff who made my experience worthwhile. My wife and I highly recommend his services to other patients like me, otherwise afraid to see a doctor. He really restored my faith in modern medicine.

As always a nice . One of the benefits of Dr Mueller’s office is that they do a variety of tests in the office so you don’t have to run around. The visit itself may take longer time but when youcalculate the time that you don’t need to run around for tests it have saved you a lot of time. Always hear patients in the wait area complain that they have to wait for the test and that’s unnecessary.

Dr. Mueller never makes you feel rushed. He gives you all the time you need and listens to all of your concerns, even if the waiting room is full. You need to remember that if you are waiting. A great doctorwho really cares about his patients. He's called me after appointments when he has thought of another needed test or another possible solution.

The first visit was fine. The nurses are very nice. Nothing to complain about, but the second visit was awful. I waited for like 30min, 20min after appointment time, and the doctor never showed up to the office and the receptionistcould not reach him either. I asked the doctor to call me back since I had the monitor on for 24 hours and wanted to know the result. He never did. A couple of weeks later finally one girl from his office called but she just wanted to tell me they were going to send me a bill from last visit. Feel like all they care about is money.

Dr. Mueller is an exceptional and very highly regarded physician! His success as a diagnostician and his surgical skill with phlebotomy are extraordinary! He is up to date with the very latest technologies. And he is especially cautious toinsure that everything is kept very sterile during surgery. Dr. Mueller is kind and thorough in making sure that you understand your condition, and he is extremely patient. I am most grateful to Dr. Mueller for all he has done to successfully treat some serious and potentially life threatening health conditions of mine as cardiologist and vascular surgeon. Dr Mueller is an absolutely outstanding Doctor!!

Saw Dr. Mueller as a follow up after being hospitalized with DVT. The thing I was amazed about after this visit is that he took the time to research so my blood thinner would not interact with my other medication, thedoctor that prescribed it in the ER didn’t take that time.

Dr. Mueller is the most talented trusted brilliant thorough doctor in all of manhattan. His credentials alone are unmatched and the office expierence was beyond professional and timely. They had me in and out even as a new paitent! Dr. Muellerhas extreme attention to detail and takes care of his patients with the ut most completeness. He answered all of my questions with no rush during my visit and even called me on his day off to follow up with how I was feeling which I greatly appriciated. His patients are lucky to be under such extensive complete care as the doctor deservedly so is one of the best in New York. Would recommend to anyone.

Dr Mueller & his office are Very Special. Compassionate Honest Thorough Efficient Quick but Detailed Impeccably Qualified - Six Board Certifications, people ! Friendly Caring Enormous fund of knowledge Expert Cardiologist & also an authorityon Varicose Veins & Vascular Disease... Dr. Mueller sifted through my very complicated medical history and symptoms in no time and got to the heart of the matter (no pun intended !); he made me feel like i was the only patient in the office and that we would get through my condition together. He referred me to 2 other top subspecialists and contacted them on the spot in front of me. He called my PCP and communicated with her like a pro. he came up with a complete diagnosis & treatment plan, and we have a follow up plan in place. Friendly & put me at ease too; confident & explained everything, asked me if he answered all my questions. every patient has access to his cell number, and he messaged me the day after the appointment with test results. The Best !

HEART OF GOLD ! Ive been a medical office manager for 16 years, & have seen dozens of doctors at work and for medical care. Dr. Mueller is the best doctor i've ever seen. The office was clean, staff was friendlyand efficient, and i had a thorough consultation and 4 different tests, and was out of the office quickly. Dr. Mueller made a life saving diagnosis that numerous other doctors never made. He listens, truly cares, and delivered concierge level care to me. My other doctors cant get me in for 3-6 months, and Dr. Mueller saw me outside of his usual hours the same day i requested the appointment. He gave me a prompt diagnosis and full treatment plan we crafted together, before i even left the office. He called me over the weekend to see how i was feeling, and called 2 of my other doctors. he called my insurance company and got them to approve on the spot a medication they had denied for 2 years. Wonderful doc, wonderful office, and he exceeded all expectations !!

Just like many other reviews have mentioned, the Doctor was knowledgeable but the office experience was one of the worst I have ever encountered. Only because I complained was I seen after an hour of waiting. No vitals taken by anurse and a procedure done even before meeting the doctor to discuss my complaint and me telling the technician I had had the same procedure at another practitioners office 3 weeks prior. I felt the Doctor was far too rushed with the multi stacking of appointments. I should not have ignored the red flag on ZocDoc when every date and time slot appeared to be available for booking an appointment. I felt I went away from the appointment knowing as little as I went in, and still don't have a definitive answer to my problem or a course of action. The office staff environment was chaotic. Some staff were pleasant navigating thriugh the chaos ( especially the office manager who was lovely), but some downright grumpy and inconvenienced by the patients! Today I received a follow through call to schedule a procedure which was done before I left the Doctor's office....no one seems to know what is going on in the that office. so disorganized. My appointment ended up being 3.5 hours in length for a visit that should have taken an hour and a half at the most. So dissapointed but most of all sad to have spent precious time and money only to feel my issue in resolved. I will not be returning.

If you go to a cardiologist's office and are always seen without a wait, I'd question the doctor's worth. Dr. Mueller handles many emergencies throughout the day and always gives all of his patients all of the time they need. Worth waiting for the best.

The doctor is excellent, a tip for you is to make sure the front desk put your file in the bin so the nurse sees it. My last 2 appointment I experienced that after waiting 1+ hour and I asked thenurse how long it would take and when they checked with the front they had not processed my appointment and moved my chart even though I had registered and paid my copayment 1,5 hour earlier. After the nurse got my file and checked my vitals it took only minutes before the Doctor saw me. It's a big plus with this facility that they have the ultrasound, stress test and other tests available in the same office so you don't have to run around a lot. If just the front desk would work it would be a perfect facility.

The doctor is very knowledgable and very nice. However, the office/front desk is too chaotic. I had to wait two hours to be seen from my scheduled appointment time. I specifically completed all of my forms on ZocDoc to minimize thewait, but I was told the forms did not come out correctly in the office. So, I had to do everything over. I also had to wait for my insurance to be checked, even though I confirmed my appointment the day before. There were also various assistants constantly knocking and interrupting my appointment time with the doctor. I wouldn't go back there, if it wasn't for the doctor.
