From there, we will schedule you for your evaluation and doctor appointment with Dr. Orlan. Dr. Orlan is an accomplished provider of care to seniors. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from Ross University School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Elmhurst Hospital Center, followed by a fellowship in Nephrology at the same institution. He is a Diplomate of the ABIM with active certifications in Geriatrics and Hospice and Palliative Medicine. Dr. Orlan previously served as the Medical Director of VHA CBOC. Dr. Orlan offers: - Prevention and delay of memory and cognitive decline - Evaluation and diagnosis of cognitive conditions, including dementia - Care management and monitoring of cognitive conditions, including dementia - Caregiver support and resources - Access to respite care
