What should a new client know about working with you?

My practice is to apply a holistic approach to treatment by helping my patients to integrate evidence-based pharmacotherapy alongside lifestyle changes. I am particularly passionate about advancing mental health awareness and reducing the stigma associated with mental illness. I'm also committed to lifelong learning and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in psychiatric medicine to best help my patients.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I begin by gathering a thorough understanding of your history, current challenges, and personal goals. Together, we develop a customized plan that may include therapy, medication management, lifestyle strategies, or other supportive interventions tailored to your needs. I regularly check in to track progress, make adjustments as needed, and ensure your care continues to align with your goals. My approach is holistic while creating a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout your mental health journey.

After scheduling your appointment, you will receive an email from Stella Mental Health (formerly Numinus) containing your intake paperwork. Please allow about 30 minutes to complete this form. Your responses will help your provider prepare for your upcoming appointment. All patients are required to complete the intake form 24 business hours before their appointment. You will receive a phone call from one of our dedicated Care Advocates, who can answer any questions you may have. Please be prepared to provide a credit card to keep on file for co-pays or cancellation fees. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full intake appointment fee ($292). During your intake appointment, you’ll spend 60 minutes with your provider collaborating on a treatment plan tailored to your needs. If in-person treatments are recommended—such as TMS, Spravato, DSR SGB, or ketamine therapy—our care team will guide you through the process and ensure you feel supported every step of the way.
