I started going to Dr. Frank a few months ago. I am highly skeptical when it comes to chiropractic medicine, however I through my back out and had to have checked out. There were absolutely no gimmicks or nonsense. I underwent some very minor therapy, was given some at-home exercises, and had a couple adjustments.
Since then my back has been great, I have been sleeping much better and rarely wake up with a stiff neck or sore back like I once did.
