In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs?
A primary care provider's role should be to treat the whole person, helping patients achieve better overall physical and mental health through the optimization of preventative medicine and up-to-date medical knowledge.

I am originally from Montane, now living in Buffalo, NY. In my spare time, I love to read, hike, and camp with my husband and two dogs.

Just unbelievable that she wasn't even the right kind of Dr. for my issue, she should have reached out to me by phone instead of leaving a message on the "APP" and having me wait for my appointment. Not everyone is conditioned to APP's. This is just unacceptable. She needs to pay more attention to people's needs.
