My approach
I bring empathy and compassion to my practice. I believe in a holistic form of treatment, meaning mind, body, and soul. I based my treatment approach on evidence-based practice. My approach to care is holistic and patient-centered. I consider not only the individual's symptoms but also their unique background, life experiences, and environmental factors that might contribute to their mental health concerns, while actively engaging them in their treatment plan. I utilize a combination of medication management, psychotherapy, and behavioral interventions to promote overall well-being; effectively treating the whole person, not just the diagnosis

I work with adults and seniors 13-99 years old treating depression, bipolar, anxiety, ADHD (non-stimulant TREATMENT), stable schizophrenia, and schizoaffective psychiatric treatment.
