What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with people who are dealing with bipolar disorder, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and substance use, especially when things feel unstable, confusing, or hard to manage day-to-day. I am dedicated to helping individuals prioritize their mental health as a foundation for lasting wellness and stability. Many of my clients come in feeling stuck—like they’ve tried to handle things on their own, but something still isn’t clicking. They want clarity, more consistency in how they feel, and a plan that actually fits their life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Intake and Assessment (Sessions 1–3) I gather basic background information, discuss your current stressors, and explore what brought you to therapy. This phase focuses heavily on building rapport . Goal Setting and Treatment Planning Together, we establish specific, measurable goals that reflect your desired outcomes. Whether you want to reduce anxiety, improve relationships, or process trauma, we map out a flexible, personalized roadmap to get there.
