My goal is not simply to manage symptoms, but to help you build confidence in your ability to manage your mental health.

What should a new client know about working with you?

When you meet with me, you can expect compassionate, judgment-free care and an opportunity to genuinely be heard. I understand that reaching out for mental health support can feel overwhelming, and I strive to make the process as comfortable and supportive as possible. We will discuss your current concerns, symptoms, personal history, goals, and how your mental health may be affecting your everyday life. Together, we will explore treatment options and develop an individualized plan based on your needs and preferences.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and develop a comprehensive understanding of what you are experiencing. We will review your current symptoms, mental health history, medical history, medications, treatment experiences, and personal goals. From there, we will work together to determine the most appropriate treatment approach. If medication is recommended, I will explain the purpose, potential benefits, possible side effects, and alternatives so that you can make informed decisions about your care.
