I am a first time patient and I was very happy with my visit. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff is amazing. Dr. Patel made me feel really comfortable, and she listened to my concerns and for the first time in a long time I feel a connection with my doctor, and that she cares. I was scheduled as a new patient to see Dr. Patel however they rescheduled my appointment without calling me ahead of time and was scheduled with a different provider than I originally scheduled with. When informing the front desk they didn’t seem to care..during my appointment there were a lot of people who kept coming in and out of the room I was in which I thought was really strange. Really weird first visit…

DONT GO HERE! I’m not one to take my time to write a negative review, but this was a genuinely terrible experience. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, nothing was communicated clearly,
the wait was nearly 2 hours, I was seen by a completely different provider than I signed up for, the provider was distracted and unhelpful, and to top it all off they messed up by bloodwork and I had to go back later in the day to get my blood drawn a second time. Find a different provider!
