I'm an ANCC board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and earned my Master's in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from New York University. I am committed to providing comprehensive mental health care to help clients reach their full potential. I offer medication management and holistic interventions to children and adults living with depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, bipolar disorder, and PTSD.

I prioritize a personalized treatment strategy, taking into account a client’s preferences and background. I firmly believe that mental health is a continual journey, not a fixed destination, and am dedicated to supporting my clients throughout this process; I am receptive to feedback and will adapt our approach as necessary to ensure you receive the best care.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I believe in the power of deep listening and strive to understand the underlying root of their challenges, rather than merely treating symptoms. My approach is focused on fostering a collaborative relationship where clients actively participate in their journey to mental health. By working together, clients can expect to leave each session feeling supported and empowered, taking tangible steps towards living their best life.
