“The front desk was pleasant. I was brought to a room immediately. The MA was attentive to my needs. In minutes I was brought to a sonogram tech. And in less the 5 min PA came in and finished the exam. PA took the time to go over history, and when it was time for the PAP she was gentle and understanding. I was so impressed I told my daughter how great the experience was and asked me to call and see if they take her insurance. I recommended this office to all. Thank you Lynbrook Office”

Originally scheduled with a different provider but then received a call saying she was booked out several weeks. I wonder why they had so many slots open for her, probably to get patients to see other providers. Anyway, in terms of the visit itself, PA Fixler was nice enough but did not seem interested or engaged at all. Did not provide any education or details on what might be going on. Either way, it is what it is.

The staff were very friendly and professional. The wait time was very quick. I literally waited 5 minutes before I was seen by the doctor. The doctor was friendly, excellent communicator and listener and she made sure I knew all the information that was needed. I would highly recommend Doctor Rivki Fixler.
