Rizwana Patel has worked as an FNP at a private clinic in Evanston and Chicago, serving patients aged 18 and older from all backgrounds. She began her career as a nurse at Northwestern University Medical Center on a pulmonary step-down unit for a year, then moved to University of Chicago Medical Center as a supplemental nurse working on various units, including surgery, oncology, telemetry, neurology, cardiac, and general medicine. Believing strongly in continuity of care along with wellness and prevention, she returned to school to earn her Master’s in Family Nursing from North Park University. Her goal is to empower her patients to be confident in their health and make the right choices to lead better and healthier lives.
