I had an excellent experience, from the time I arrived at the reception desk, to the time I completed my appointment, which was within an hour's time. I was a new patient who have moved from out of state and needed to be checked for a cold and a refill of a current medication. The staff was very organized and efficient, and provided me with information regarding my current vitals and how they compared with healthy levels. Dr. Arthur took the time to listen to me and answer my questions. I am so very pleased and happy that I made the appointment and that I have found my new primary care doctor. Thank you!

I love Dr. Arthur. He is the best doctor that I have had. He listens and does not rush you. You can talk to him about anything. He is also a great teacher to the med students, and shares all of his knowledge for the next round of doctors.

Dr. Arthur and his staff are professional and friendly.
The only time the wait may be a little long than usual is if something happens that needs his immediate attention, then we are notified that there my be a little longer wait than normal.
Dr. Arthur is worth waiting for. He doesn't just come in and rush you out. He discusses your issue and answers any questions you may have and that is very important to me.

I always leave my visit with Dr Arthur with additional knowledge about my condition and/or my medication. He is always willing to help me find options for obtaining my medication at the lowest possible price. He's a friendly, compassionate and very knowledgeable doctor and for these reasons I travel for more than 30 minutes to ensure he is my treating physician. If he leaves this facility, I will locate a physician closer to my home.

Dr. Arthur has always been attentive to my concerns. He is able to explain what my symptoms indicate in layman's terms. I have gone to Dr. Arthur for over 30 years at three different locations and will continue to do so.
