I'm skilled in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide array of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD and trauma, OCD, ADHD, DMDD (Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder), schizoaffective disorder, and more. I see both adults and children 6 and up. "I believe psychiatric medicine is both an art and a science. It is imperative that one possess the 'technical' knowledge about the medication being prescribed but it is just as important to be able to develop an individualized treatment plan that addresses a specific patient's needs. Psychiatric medicine is also a field where compassion, empathy, and education should be at the forefront of each and every interaction with a patient. Developing a therapeutic bond between the patient and myself has always been an extremely important part of my care. Trust is the cornerstone of successful outcomes"
