Was seen promptly, no long waiting time. Appointment was not rushed, took all the time needed to go over all concerns. Explained everything in understandable terms. Very thorough and knowledgeable, would highly recommend.

The provider and the young lady who did my intake were great. The front desk lobby employees were rude and not very friendly. They were short and seemed bothered if you had any questions or did not understand where to schedule your imaging or labs. Very unprofessional.

Dr. Busic was very friendly, knowledgeable, well mannered. Took his time to explain everything in detail and get a game plan together. He broke everything down for me and didn't just use medical terms so I could understand completely. Felt like he really wants to get to the bottom and cause of my problems and correct them, not just string me along like other Dr's and he was in no rush. Took his time (which i like and appreciate very much). Definitely would recommend and definitely will be returning. Thank you Dr. Busic.

After interfacing with numerous physicians (internists, oncologists, gastroenteroligsts, etc.), I consider myself well acquainted with various approaches to patient care. Dr. Busic is among the best.
He was deeply present during our first appointment, asking questions about my medical history with the goal of understanding who I am and what my treatment goals are. Further, he treated me like I mattered, and he gave me time and respect.
Based on my values, he offered education and recommendations suited to my unique profile. He answered questions with clarity and specificity, including suggesting over-the-counter supplements due my concerns about being overprescibed pharmaceuticals.
I'm so grateful to have found such a phenomenal primary care doctor!

Paperwork was better than I expected it didn't take that long and was thorough. Have to go back for some tests that can all be done at the same office. That too is a plus no running around.
