This review is strictly only for the front office and ops, as we were kept waiting for over an hour, and the doctor never showed.
Appt was scheduled for 815a. Was then advised appt doesnt actually start until 830a. That is acceptable as most offices build in a buffer... but waiting inside of a room with no visibility as to when the doctor would be available is NOT acceptable.
Patients' time is as valuable as a doctor's time. I always show up on time, and would expect other professionals to coordinate to do the same. We walked out at the 1 hour mark as there was absolutely no communication as to what was happening, nor indication if perhaps the doctor was even on site.
Do not recommend, and will not return as there's no respect for time, and will be seeking other options.

Was taken in to the room and had vitals done then waited over an hour. Dr still did not come in to room , no one said he was running late or how much longer the Dr would be . I had to leave .

Doctor was great, staff was unprofessional and kept patients waiting for long periods while they had personal conversations. One woman spoke about another patient failing a drug test, it was loud and so inappropriate. Another woman was speaking on her phone having a conversation while three patients waited for their lab work.
