About Dr. Robert Foster

Dr. Foster is a board-certified Chiropractic physician in the states of New Jersey and New York. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College. Prior to this he completed his undergraduate work at Binghamton University where he received a Bachelor’s degree in exercise science. Growing up in upstate New York, Dr. Foster embraced an active lifestyle of outdoor activities and sports such as skiing, baseball, basketball and golf. As an athlete, Dr. Foster became passionate about Chiropractic therapy early on, as it immensely helped several of his own injuries. This passion led him to pursue a career focusing on sports chiropractic, injury rehabilitation, and corrective therapies. In addition to Chiropractic manipulations, Dr. Foster is proficient in Flexion-Distraction and Thompson Drop-Table, as well as soft tissue techniques such as Active Release and Graston. Dr. Foster is certified in Kinesiology Taping and Functional Movement Technique. He also holds a certification in Webster Technique and is trained by the ICPA to treat pregnant mothers with various injuries. In addition to Chiropractic therapy, Dr. Foster is very passionate about Nutrition. He enjoys spending time helping patients re-work their diet in an effort to reduce systemic inflammation and heal from within. Outside of work he enjoys biking, skiing, watching sports, and spending time with his wife and puppy Cooper.
