Rob began his career as a critical care nurse at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where he developed advanced assessment and leadership skills while caring for medically complex patients in the Cardiac and Vascular ICU. His subsequent work in behavioral health and correctional settings strengthened his ability to connect with diverse populations and provide grounded, evidence-based treatment in high-acuity environments. He earned both his Master of Science in Nursing (PMHNP) and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Drexel University, where he was recognized for academic excellence, and his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Millersville University.
