My approach to medicine is centered around listening carefully, understanding the whole person, and helping patients feel genuinely supported in their healthcare journey. As an osteopathic physician, I value combining evidence based medicine with a thoughtful, personalized approach to care. I aim to help patients better understand their health and address the root causes of illness whenever possible and improve their overall quality of life. I enjoy building long term relationships with patients of all ages and creating realistic, personalized care plans together. My additional training in Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine has also given me a special interest in musculoskeletal health, mobility, and hands-on treatment when appropriate. Outside of medicine I enjoy martial arts, fitness, gardening, and traveling with my family.
