Zocdoc stated that my insurance was accepted with this provider I never did call to confirm it , after the treatment I was informed that my insurance was Not accepted, luckily I was not charged for the treatment, make sure you call before you get to your appointment, other than that Highly recommended.

Had severe neck and shoulder pain. Could not sleep. Came across this chiro on Zocdoc and gave it a shot cause I was desperate. Glad they are in-network. Arrived, no wait time - was seen straight away! although I was not seen by Dr. Robert initially, he wasn’t working on the Tuesday (the front desk should’ve informed me that another Dr. Will be seeing me) the alternative Dr. was really good anyway. Had my consultation first, then the x-ray, acupuncture, massage, and adjustment by Dr.
After the first visit (day 1) I felt a million times better already. I was told to come back the next day to see the Medical Dr. (Neurologist). I finally could sleep a little better. Neck was still a little tight. Had the acupuncture first, massage and then the adjustment by Dr. Robert who I was initially supposed to see. The Neurologist came in, had consultation and the solution in the end was amazing! I finally feel normal, very minimal to no pain at all. It’s like nothing happened! Thank you for the best chiro experience! I feel a million times better after two days! Highly recommend!

He took me right away to the treatment room, and did a thorough evaluation and he sounds very confident & knowledgeable and explained to me very clearly about my condition.
