About Dr. Robert Mileski
Dr. Mileski is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from Northwestern University and completed his internship at the University of Michigan. He then completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Creighton University, Creighton-Nebraska Health Foundation, where he received the Frank P. Stone Award for academic excellence. Dr. Mileski further specialized with a fellowship in Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy at the Southern California Orthopedic Institute. He has served as a team physician for several local high schools. Outside of work, Dr. Mileski enjoys spending time with his children, running for pleasure-continuing his passion as a former competitive runner-and playing golf. He sees patients at the Scottsdale office.

I highly recommend Dr Mileski for your orthopedic concerns. He listens attentively, gives his expert opinion and comes up with a treatment plan. He has a great personality and puts you at ease.The office staff is friendly and helpful. It was my first visit and I was impressed and very happy I decided to go there.

My shoulder problem has developed over time & up until now I thought I could handle it. With experiencing more & more pain I had to seek an orthopedist to find out what is going on. Dr Mileski checked all my symptoms & he devised a plan of treatment. A good start to resolving some of my issues. I highly recommend Dr. Mileski.

After waiting nearly an hour to see the doctor, I was getting a bit peeved however he was apologetic about the wait & I see now why he was late..Dr Mileski spent nearly an hour with me explaining everything. He answered all my questions and made me feel at ease about the procedure we were discussing. He is personable & never made me feel rushed so that excused the long wait time. I would say that I was very pleased with him& would recommend

Dr. Mileski is a very bright medical professional with a 'get to the point medically personna'. However, the time management i.e., excessive wait time to be seen (1.5 hrs. at last visit) can be very trying on patients waiting for services. This is a consistent theme when visiting his practice.

The doctor was knowledgeable and certain that I needed to be referred to a wrist expert. I’m happy to have a treatment pathway that I can follow.
I’d much rather be referred to another doctor, rather than be seen by a doctor that thinks they’re perfect and all knowing. It can be annoying to be referred, but I see it as a very positive experience. I’m going to go get the best help that I can from some amazing people that are trusted by this doctor.
Most of all, I’m thankful for the expertise that the doctor brought to the table.

Very in-depth appt. Happy with the doc, issues are hardly ever with the doctor, but on the management. Wait time 30 min to get to X-ray another wait time to see doctor. I would just appreciate the truth on how long this process would take, so I can manage my time. If the doctor is running behind call me and let me know. 2 hours is probably about 1 hr too long for an appt.
