My time with Dr. Moraru was very quick. I wish he was more thorough in his prescribed medications to me. Iappreciate how quick the appointment was, but that may not be for everyone.

I had a horrible experience with the doctor. He prescribed an undisclosed steep test, and after results have arrived, hedid not diagnose the actual disease. I have wasted 4 appointments, without finding any cure. Extremely disappointing experience.

I felt like the doctor was not interested in me, the patient, understanding what he was doing or saying. He answered my questions about my diagnosis but only when I asked them very directly; he didn’t offer any explanation of anyof the medications he prescribed, or why. I felt pretty condescended to.

The doctor was extremely unprofessional. He was condescending and rude and brushed over my questions. I scheduled a follow-up visit for a necessary procedure but he took a two week vacation and cancelled my appointment, with no availability for the next month. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

I was seen an hour after my scheduled appointment, however the doctor was apologetic and wonderful. Seemed the staff was hanging out by the front desk and gossiping before calling each patient in which was pretty annoying.

I've been seeing Dr. Moraru for a while now for different reasons and I really like and trust him. He's extremely friendly and down to earth, he's very straight forward, and he goes above and beyond for his patients. I thinksince joining Schweiger he's more rushed, but he will make sure you are satisfied and have discussed everything necessary before leaving. It's actually really nice to be able to get in and out when there are relatively small issues going on, as opposed to other doctors who make you wait forever. I would definitely recommend him. Seeing him is like seeing an old friend. His staff is great too.

I couldn't wait to write that report. Dr. Moraru is great. The guy walked in, made eye contact, I instantly felt like a human being and not a just a name on sheet or just the next appointment. I would recommendhim to anyone. Just great, just great. Also the office is nice, very welcoming, the front desk personnel is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Dr. Moraru was the farthest thing from personable. Can not recommend as I don’t believe he puts the patient first. His wallet seems to be prioritized.

He definitely knows what he's doing! He took one look at me and prescribed me with medication that actually showed results in two weeks. The wait time was a little long, but typical for a doctor's office.

Was great ! Once I was seen, staff was efficient and explained everything - must have been a scheduling error as I waited almost an hour. But the PA assured me that they usually never have long wait times and apologized for the unusual occurrence

There was a mix up with my appointment. Despite getting a zocdoc confirmation at 5:15pm time I requested, the doctor said he would not treat me (due to an error his office made and moving 4:30pm despite me telling them thistime did not work). I expected the doctor to make time for me since it was an important appointment and I booked it on 7/19, but he did not. I will not go back to him. I had been a loyal customer for years, but the lack of customer service makes me want to spend my money elsewhere!

Terrible bedside manner to the point where I really didn't trust him. I will not be going back. Better experience with the doctors at the midtown Schweiger Dermatology location. Recommend checking for a doctor there instead.

Visit was ok. Staff seemed great. Very nice office overall. Doesn't get high rating due to highly excessive wait time to be seen for 5 minutes. Thumbs down for that ??

Doctor didn't seem to want to discuss a few skin issues he'd raised, but simply emailed very brief, unsatisfactory pamphlets (about 2 paragraphs long each) about them. It's also been a month and I still haven't gotten simple blood test results back

The staff was very friendly! Dr. Moraru is very personable, easy to talk to, and (most importantly) very knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable in my visit and very glad to have someone who could sift through the nonsense I was spittingout and return to me a clear understanding of what was going on with my eczema and otherwise.

Dr. Moraru is the best. A true gentleman and professional who cares about your skin. He will not try to up-sell you on cosmetic procedures like every other Dermatologist I have been through. He worked a miracle with my skin. AndI am forever grateful. Plus he accepts most insurance which is rare in this field. You cannot go wrong with him.

I felt like there was hope. He did not rush the consultation, focused on the issue at hand, and seems to be up to date with what is out there (new and old) for my concerns. I also appreciated that heunderstands pricing of medication is extremely important and that he is willing to find alternative tracks to either obtaining the medication or finding something similar. It takes the burden of worry off the patient.

Pleasant but not quite personable. Does he know what he’s doing, yes. Usually seems stressed and rushed, and kind of uses customer service survey questions “Did I answer all of your questions today?” “Were you satisfied?” ... which didn’t feelgenuine. He apologized for not interacting. My visit was no more than 5 minutes.

I saw Dr. Moraru twice. The first time, he recommended a one month treatment. When I retured to see him, the treatment had not worked. He has a difficult time communicating and explaining the goals of the treatment. He was alsoin a rush to move on to the next patient.

During a routine skin check Dr. Moraru caught a cancerous melanoma on a freckle I've had on my collarbone all my life. Because of him seeing this and surgery to remove it, I am Ok & won't die of skin cancer.

I had a really bad experience with this provider. First my visit with him was less than 2 minutes. He seemed rushed and when I asked a question he just brushed it off. He took a culture and still til thisday I have not heard my results. I called FOUR times and it's been a month since my visit. Every time I call they tell me no one is available to give me my results. I ended up seeing another provider because my symptoms continued. My culture at my new provider visit grew MRSA. Therefore, this provider failed to tell me I had a MRSA infection. Please save yourself time and go to a provider that cares about your health.

The wait in the waiting room was about 7 minutes and then in the exam room about five minutes. We have a cordial relationship, as with any physician. Dr. Moraru always is kind and knows who I am, and does inquire of how I am doing generally.

Wait time was way too long and doc offered no apology or explanations. His medical assistant is probably the least caring and professional MA I've ever encountered. Attitude was ice cold, and worst of all, wore no gloves during my entirevisit, even when she had to fill up a syringe and put tools in a tray!
