Terrific, very professional!
Very impressed with my visit. The doctor was very thorough, caring, and the visit also felt efficient - but not rushed in any way. Great office, great staff. Highly recommended!
Fantastic experience all around.
Got all issues taken care of. Followup in 2 weeks!
Great doctor and staff. I highly recommend him.
I have been seeing Dr. Samuelson for many years and been very happy with his treatment.
I have to say this was one of the most informative and efficient appointments I have had in a very long time. The office was clean and they seamlessly handled everything. I was in and out in 30 min.
Great. Seemed very attentive, thoughtful. Office was very efficient.
He was knowledgeable, logical and well thought out with his diagnosis and treatment.
Dr. Samuelson has been my primary physician for a number of years. He is most professional and takes a personal interest in my situation.
Really nice staff, prompt start. Felt like he was really listening to me and then quickly built a treatment plan. No fuss!
Great interaction. Happy with the care I received.
Took no history or asked any questions. Was extremely rushed and I felt like he was annoyed by having to see me. Abruptly left and it was only from his assistant that I discovered he wasn't coming back.
I have been seeing Dr. Samuelson for many years. He is a great doctor.
Very pleased with him and his staff, very professional.
Easy to speak with a great bedside manners. I have recommended Dr Samuelson to friends and I will continue to do so.
Highly recommended! Great office staff as well.
What a great experience. The staff was friendly and efficient, and Dr. Samuelson was excellent. I would highly recommend.
To the point, but friendly without being overly talkative. Exactly what I was looking for!
Dr. Samuelson was very cordial and I was seen right away, but I did feel a bit rushed through my physical. I didn't notice until after I left the appointment that I actually never had my blood pressure checked. Other than that, I would definitely recommend him and the practice in general to others.
Very professional. Answered my questions.
I have been seeing Dr. Samuelson for many years. He is an amazing doctor and is always responsive to my concerns.
Saw him for a general annual check up. To sum it up, he is Very professional in a good way. So is the staff n nurses. I was seen as soon as I filled out the usual forms for a new patient. His personal manner, informative advice, and questions he asked and answered quickly developed my opinion that he is the right choice for my primary care physician.
I had a life-long issue that had been previously diagnosed, but the diagnosis had left me with no medical resolution for a recurring and lingering cough. Dr. Samuelson recognized the issue right away and prescribed medicine to kill the cough (that had regularly persisted for months) in a matter of a few days. If only I had found Dr Samuelson years ago!
Great bedside manner! He is a very thorough professional Dr and good personable staff. Sincerely , Christine J
Very knowledgeable and accurate in his assessment.
Very caring, very helpful, explained everything.
Ver professional and caring office
Very knowledgable, asked a lot of questions.
Dr. Samuelson was great. He listened carefully to my questions and was very knowledgeable and helpful. His staff were great, and my wait time was minimal as well.
Love this man
I was specifically seeking a PCP with a specialty in pulmonology as I needed someone who could quell my concerns and answer my questions regarding my adult onset asthma during. It was a difficult time in my life. Dr Samuelson was here to help. He was kind and attentive but he also shot me straight. He told me what I needed to hear - and not necessarily what I wanted to hear. As my body took time to heal, and my asthma is finally stabilized, through it all - and to this day - I feel the utmost comfort that Dr Samuelson is best-in-class in his field and was on my team to help me get there (to a place of health) in just the right way. Couldn't recommend him more.
Very thorough questions and friendly.
Dr Samuelson and his staff were professional and efficient. I went in 15 minutes early, filled out some paperwork (the rest was done online ahead of time), and went into the exam room after a 5 minute wait. I was treated kindly and information was presented well. The office called a week before to rescheduled my appointment from morning to afternoon without an explanation besides "it is no longer available". However, I was able to work around it and it did not affect me. They require a credit card on file for appointment cancellations.
I enjoyed my interaction with Dr. Samuelson. He listens to you intently and addresses your worries professionally. It feels like you're speaking to a peer who just so happens to be a doctor. I left feeling relieved and I trust his plan.
I have been seeing Dr. Samuelson for a while. I appreciate his direct manner and have confidence in his professionalism and suggestions.
Dr. Samuelson is kind and thorough. He addressed my main concern immediately. It was a very pleasant experience.
He was fantastic. Highly recommended.
Dr. Samuelson had the demeanor of a highly objective mad scientist (the good kind) with concise questioning that showed me his professionalism and most importantly, genuine care. I regard him highly since I found relief in his assuring confidence towards treating my matter. I would highly recommend him to the discerning patient who seeks care and reassurance through objectivity.
I've been his patient for over five years. He is a fine doctor.
Best doctor and doctors office I've ever been to. Unlike many doctors he's very personable and his credentials say it all. The people who worked in his office were extremely friendly, helpful and diligent as well.
I absolutely love the doctor and staff. He was able to relate to my needs, gave great advice and was super friendly and knowledgable. He will become my permanent doctor. So glad I met him.
Dr. Samuelson is great. He has great bedside manner and will always talk you through any questions. He never makes you feel rushed either.
I was very satisfied with the appointment however the front desk is a hot mess they have a booking system that is double with the zocdoc system my initial appointment got cancelled as they send a confirmation mail that requires answer within 24h not only did they send it to a non existant e-mail address, my apointment was cancelled despite zoc doc confirmation mails on top of that the front desk assistant was arrogant, blaming me for not having responded in time to her mail that she sent to a wrong address!
Robert and his staff were nice. I get the feeling that doctors see so many people every day that they get accustomed to it and forget to realize going to the doctor can be a uncomfortable experience for many. I would have liked to feel a bit more comfortable when asked certain questions.
Did not provide me with any medical solutions, nor make any effort to figure out what was wrong.
Great service overall. Only comment would be the online check in that was mentioned but never available. Otherwise a great experience.
Not very thorough; waited over one hour and saw him for about 10 minutes
I was very happy with the office administration and also my Dr.
