What should a new client know about working with you?

I try to keep things relaxed and straightforward. My goal is to really listen and understand what’s going on, not just rush through a checklist. I work with you to build a plan that actually fits your life, whether that involves medication, therapy support, or both. I also tend to work well with people who feel like they’ve tried a lot already or haven’t gotten the results they were hoping for. You can expect honest conversations, clear explanations, and a no-pressure environment.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first visit is all about getting the full picture. We’ll go over your symptoms, history, what’s worked, and what hasn’t. From there, we’ll come up with a plan together, which may include medication, lifestyle changes, or coordination with therapy. Follow-ups are usually focused on how you’re responding, making adjustments if needed, and making sure you’re moving in the right direction. I like to keep things collaborative and flexible so we can adapt as things change.
