What should a new client know about working with you?
As a Doctorate in Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I provide a holistic approach to ensuring your highest-quality care and safety. I prescribe medication and lifestyle changes in the context of a therapeutic relationship. I treat patients seeking to support wellness ways such as work performance, improving interpersonal relationships, and decreasing debilitating anxiety, sleep and mood disturbances.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Research has shown when therapy and pharmacological treatment are paired together, outcomes in treating mental health symptoms are more successful. Building a trusting therapeutic relationship is also a key aspect of successful mental health treatment. This alliance will be developed overtime, and anything discussed will always be kept private. Mental health treatment is more of journey than a race and together we will work on achieving your goals.
