Dr. Schiffer was very attentive and thorough when explaining everything during my appointment. She was patient when answering all of my questions and I didn't feel rushed. She is very friendly and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend her to any of my friends or family members to be seen.

NP Roberta Schiffer was very attentive, a great listener and made me feel very comfortable during my visit. She educated on multiple forms of birth control and helped me choose one that would suit my body and needs best. Her staff was very kind as well. She actually made going to the appointment very enjoyable when normally I have a lot of anxiety. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Schiffer made me feel very comfortable and listened to my concerns. I found her examination to be more thorough than my previous doctor. She asked me questions and tried to keep me as comfortable as possible. Although it took an hour to see her, I’d say it was worth the wait.

Roberta and the 2 nurses were very friendly and thorough. She took the time to discuss my medical concerns. I did not feel like just a number - she took the time to listen to me. Very knowledgeable. Even though i was there for OB/GYN, she reviewed other areas as it was all related. I felt like she went a step above and beyond. I did not wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment.

The overall visit was very odd. Granted, I’ve been having very specific issues with my body, so I understand the confusion in regards to the physical and trying to figure out what to do.
So far though, Dr. Schiffer and her assistant only seem to be more interested in proving that I’m not lying about what I already told them ( as in them wanting to make sure I’m not pregnant when I told them I’m not sexually active and gave them a urine sample they never used), instead of actually figuring out what I have (possibly PCOS or PCOD).
Overall, I’m not very impressed with their service so far, but this was only the initial interview, I’ll have to see how this goes.

I drove all the way from middletown to monroe just to see her because she’s just that great. I always feel comfortable when I have an appointment with her considering she deals with my lady parts. And she walks me through everything as we do it to make sure I always feel the most comfortable.

Roberta was very knowledgeable and thorough. She has amazing bedside manners and was pleasant throughout the entire appointment. She was not condescending and answered all of my questions without making me feel like they were a burden for her. She ordered labs and set the proper expectations for what would come next for me. She followed up with an email to let me know all of the results of the bloodwork. Will definitely be following up with her.
