Had a video call evaluation with Dr. Robin for pelvic pains. I did haven't to wait very long (less then 30 minutes) before Dr. Robin was able to see me. She listen closely and attentively to my symptoms and my concerns. She was very thoughtful and helpful as we figure a plan to figure out what the cause might be.

I had a very poor experience. After my first appointment, I called the office 9 times over the course of weeks in order to get my prescription sent to the pharmacy. Despite how often I informed them that I was about to run out of my medication, they did not send it until over two weeks later, AFTER I had run out. Nevertheless, I returned for my follow-up in order to get a 90-day supply like I was told. What I was NOT told, was that in order to do so, I needed to get bloodwork and a physical in order to get refills on meds I have been taking for years. I only saw this provider due to the convenience factor and it ended up being too much of a hassle, especially after repeated phone calls where my concerns were blatantly ignored.
