Getting to know Robyn Parke

Hello, I’m Robyn Parke, a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and Orlando native passionate about helping individuals and families improve their mental health and overall quality of life. I specialize in treating ADHD, anxiety, depression, burnout, mood disorders, and sleep concerns in busy students, professionals, and families. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and personalized, combining evidence-based medication management with integrated lifestyle approaches and psychotherapy-informed care tailored to each patient’s goals. My goal is to create a comfortable, judgment-free space where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful progress toward lasting wellness.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Clients working with me can expect a collaborative, practical, and patient-driven approach to care. I believe treatment works best when goals are personalized, realistic, and built around what matters most to each individual patient rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we focus on identifying manageable changes that improve daily functioning, relationships, emotional well-being, sleep, focus, motivation, and overall quality of life. I work closely with patients to create treatment plans that feel sustainable and achievable while adjusting care as life circumstances and goals evolve over time. My style is supportive, nonjudgmental, and solution-focused. I value open communication and want patients to feel comfortable asking questions, discussing concerns about medications, and actively participating in decisions about their care. I strive to create an environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout the treatment process.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process begins with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation where we take time to understand your current concerns, symptoms, medical history, past treatment experiences, lifestyle, stressors, relationships, and what daily life looks like for you overall. I believe it is important to understand the full picture of a person’s experiences rather than focusing only on symptoms alone. From there, we work together to develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific goals, needs, and preferences. Treatment may include medication management, supportive therapy techniques, coping strategies, education, and lifestyle recommendations depending on what feels most appropriate for each individual. I view treatment as a collaborative and evolving process. As life circumstances, symptoms, and goals change over time, we continue adjusting the treatment plan together to ensure it remains realistic, effective, and aligned with your needs.
