What is your typical process for working with clients?
My approach to treatment includes offering a supportive and collaborative environment where mental and emotional well-being is the primary focus. Sessions typically involve discussing thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a safe, non-judgmental space. We are able to use a variety of therapeutic techniques, including talk therapy, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and, if appropriate, medication management, to help address concerns such as anxiety, depression, or other mental health issues.

It’s not often that you immediately feel comfortable and encouraged by a medical (specifically mental health) professional.
