A typical follow-up session focuses on how you are feeling, how the medication is working, any side effects, and any changes in your mood, sleep, energy, or daily functioning. We review progress, adjust medications as needed, and discuss healthy coping strategies. While I do not provide long-term psychotherapy, my sessions always include supportive counseling, education, and guidance to help you navigate challenges.
