I had a great appointment. My doctor was concise and efficient. My doctor listened to my medical issues prescribed me medication and gave me instructions on taking care of myself and wished me home safe. It was to this date the best and efficient interaction I’ve had with a Doctor. I will definitely use Zoc Doc in the future.

My first encounter with the zocdoc Rockwell Health Center. At 3 pm I got a video appointment for 4 pm but within minutes I got a call to get my details and soon I got another call to check if I was ready for an early show and whether I had the link for the zoom consultation. No sooner did I enter the waiting room, the doctor joined and asked me the problem, examined and told me what needed to be done and what she was going to prescribe and where to pick it up from. That was really smooth!!

The office was clean and neat staff was quick and efficient. My doctor explored all the possibilities an gave me something to help my symptoms. The snacks were also a plus.
