After waiting 3 months for the appointment, filling out new patient paperwork prior to arrival, filling out check in forms prior to arrival, filling out the same information when I arrived, then waiting 45 minutes I was told I had to have additional insurance because my insurance could only be used as secondary insurance. Keep in mind ALL previous forms clearly stated that I only had one insurance.
Also, when I arrived I noticed that there were no other patients at 11am on a Monday (red flag #1). The I received no formal greeting from any of the three women at reception. The only greeting was a gruff “do you have an appointment “ (red flag #2). I knew right away I would never return to this office even if they did accept my insurance.
I can’t speak on the doctor because I never even saw him. But if you don’t mind rude staff he may the doctor for you. Me, not even if it was free of charge.
